Plans and payments

Telegfy works on a wallet model. You top up a USD balance and subscriptions are paid from it. No card is needed. Payments are in crypto through NOWPayments: you choose the USDT network, TRC20 by default.

1. Pro card — the price for the selected period, the purchase button from the balance and the trial button. If the balance is short, the top-up button shows the difference.

• Buy a plan from the wallet on the pricing page in the app. The price is charged from the balance immediately.
• Trial — Pro for 7 days, once per user, started with the button on the Pro card. When the trial ends, the plan goes to Free. There is no automatic charge.
• A purchased plan lasts one period: one month or one year from the payment.

Anonymous use (no sign-up) allows up to 5 active links and 1,000 clicks per month, without statistics.

What Pro adds

Custom alias, UTM parameters, pixels, custom domains, link expiry, click cap, full analytics and reports, routing rules, CSV export, API keys, conversion tracking, dashboards, dynamic URL parameters. Enterprise includes everything in Pro and adds creating extra workspaces.

What the plan does not limit

Tracker modules — offers, networks, traffic sources, costs, postbacks, CAPI, alerts, webhooks, lists — are not limited by plan.

The API-key limit is enforced when a key is created: active keys in the workspace are counted, revoked keys are not. Going over the limit returns 402 with an upgrade prompt. Revoke a key to free a slot.

Click limit on Free

After 10,000 clicks in a month the redirect keeps working, but detailed clicks are no longer stored in the log. The link counter keeps growing. The month resets by UTC.

Wallet and top-up

1. Amount — from $10 to $5,000. Quick amounts: $10, $25, $50, $100, $250, $500.
2. USDT network — TRC20 (default, lowest fees), ERC20 (Ethereum) or BEP20 (BNB Chain). The network decides which network you send the USDT on to the NOWPayments address.

A top-up bonus is added as a separate line in the wallet history:

The balance is credited when NOWPayments sends status finished. Intermediate statuses (waiting, confirming) do not change the balance. If you paid less than the invoice (partially_paid), the balance is not credited automatically; contact support with the payment ID.

Choose the network before you pay

Send USDT on exactly the network you selected. A transfer on another network or in another coin may not be credited.

Subscription

• Buy from the wallet. On the pricing page press “Upgrade to Pro” or “Upgrade to Enterprise”. If the balance is short, the button shows how much to top up.
• Renewal. The plan renews automatically from the balance at the list price, without the promo discount. If there is not enough money, the subscription becomes “Past due”. A 3-day grace period follows, with an email reminder 3 days before renewal and one when the payment fails. After the grace period the plan moves to Free.
• Cancel. “Cancel subscription” keeps the plan until the end of the paid period, then Free. No automatic renewal happens after that.
• Enterprise is bought the same way, from the wallet. Its price is shown on the pricing page.

Subscription statuses: Trial, Active, Past due, Cancelled, Expired.

Promo codes

The promo field is on the pricing page and in the billing section (/dashboard/billing). Codes are case-insensitive.

Code type	What it does	How often
Wallet credit	Adds an amount to the balance. Example: START — $50.	Once per account.
Discount	Reduces the price of the first plan payment.	Once per account. Renewals use the normal price.

The START code works once per account and has no overall usage cap. If a code is rejected, check the spelling and whether you have already used it.

A discount applies to the first payment only

Renewals are always charged the full plan price. A discount code does not make the discount permanent.

Payment errors

Message	What to do
Insufficient balance	Top up by the difference the button shows.
Promo code not found or expired	Check the code. Codes with a time or usage limit may be used up.
Promo code already redeemed	A code is one-time per account.
Trial already used	The Pro trial is one-time. Buy the plan from the wallet.
